Multiple Felony Drug and Firearm Charges Dismissed

Possession with Intent to Distribute Xanax – Possession with Intent to Distribute THC (Schedule I) – Possession of a Firearm in Commission of a Crime

All DISMISSED

This case involved 2 family members in a car where a North Georgia State Trooper pulled over my client for speeding for a drug shakedown.

The local drug task force also seized their property – car, $3000 cash, cellphones, clothes, lunchbox and everything else in the car. This was done pursuant to a “forfeiture” proceeding.

Immediately, I was able to get a return of the car, cash, and personal effects and dismissal of the “forfeiture”.

Finally, all charges were dismissed, including the speeding. Clients paid a $200 fine for a weed pipe and came home – no probation.

Hit and Run Personal Injury Claim Settled

Client was injured by a hit and run driver. The insurance company claimed they did not have to pay since the car was “stolen”. After 2 years of fighting, my client receives policy limits from 2 different insurance companies. One insurance company settled, they other had to have a lawsuit brought against it.
